personally identifiable information (PII) viewed on this website against unathorized transaction and
access, and against damage, modification or loss whether accidentally or illegally done.
PhilHealth ensures that the personally identifiable information (PII) viewed on this website is
never provided to third parties, unless performed for the fulfilment of its statutory mandate or in
pursuance of its legitimate interests as personal information controller.
The PII on this website is provided as a public service of PhilHealth to HCPs with the assurance that
all claims data submitted to PhilHealth by the health care institutions (HCIs) are captured "as is".
The information reflected on this website may change anytime depending on the currency of the claims
data captured from the HCIs.
The access of the health care professionals (HCPs) to the PhilHealth claims data of their patients
shall be governed by the following laws and policies, among others: (1) The Bill of Rights in
Philippine 1987 Constitution; (2) Republic Act 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012; (3)
Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012; (4) the Philippine Medical Association’s Code of
Ethics, and (5) the Magna Carta of Patient’s Bill of Rights and Obligations. PhilHealth shall not be
held liable if the HCPs violated these laws and policies in their access of PhilHealth claims data.
The HCPs shall not transmit or share the data viewed on this website without the consents of their
patients and providing them with information about how and where the data will be used.
